That was more than 30 years ago and they should be very elated of the business Cold Logic is today. From humble beginnings of two panel vans and a bunch of tools, IRS (Industrial Refrigeration Services) was born by Jeff Canaan and David Lane and with a name change in 199, Cold Logic has grown to more than 45 people and now services many leading Australian businesses clients across Australia. What makes our story so particular is the people within. Cold Logic’s first apprentice 27 years ago was Brad Semmler, a very talented individual who has nearly done it all in the industrial refrigeration industry. He has completed leading roles in Service, Sales, Design and Engineering making him our maximum versatile and valued employees. Another lengthy standing and loyal employee has been Paul dammit. Paul has been with Cold Logic for over 28 years. He holds engineering trade as well as refrigeration and air conditioning qualifications. Paul has extensive experience in the service, maintenance, installation and commissioning of food processing plants, wineries, abattoirs and many other applications. That years of experience makes him one of the maximum knowledgeable fridges’ in our business and has now precede to him providing a comprehensive training program to all staff and clients and also has responsibility for the company’s OHS and Sound Labor Practices. This business has stayed correct to its values and continued on its growth path thanks to its founding owner and director Jeff Canaan. Another individual who started on the tools in 1975 as a suited refrigeration mechanic, Jeff has lived and breathed industrial refrigeration. In 1984 he started business as IRS and through is devotion and guidance, the business is where it is today a proud, triumphant company that has eternal put servicing its clients as its 1 priority. Nothing is truer to his firm labor and commitment to our clients as he regularly takes first call on our after hours number. There are so many other that have contributed significantly to our business and for that we are correct thankful. We are now dreaming massive we now have a fantastic mix of youth and experience in our organization, putting us in the best possible position for continued growth.
