During his beginning eight years at HE Parts, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and was instrumental in the execution, integration and professionalization of the company’s eight strategic acquisitions. Honnold is responsible for identifying and driving paths forward to increase the value of the company for all stakeholders, including shareholders, lending partners, suppliers and employees. Honnold works closely with all HE International subsidiaries to identify and implement steps to maximize cash flow though improved planning, analysis, the use of active capital and further investments in the business. Prior to joining HE Parts, Mr Olivier spent the major segment of his career leading various regional dealership operations for Komatsu construction and mining equipment across Australia. Coffey brings over 20 years experience in thick equipment fleet management, equipment distribution and construction aggregate urge services to the company. Her client list at PAC included abundant private equity companies from the manufacturing, staffing, restaurant, media and entertainment industries. Michelle brings 20 years experience in Management Accounting from both the private and public sectors. This equipment is among the most expensive, as is the cost of downtime when it means loss of mining production. While I have perpetual had a huge deal of respect for the dominant mining equipment EM’s, such as Caterpillar and Komatsu, over my career I became intrigued by the long term grasp these suppliers have maintained over the miners, especially when it comes to satisfying the aftermarket parts and service needs ambitious by mining production demands. Our goal is not only to offer our customers better prices and responsiveness than the EM’s but also, better quality and engineered solutions to their equipment problems. As the preceding CEO of important EM’s I know all too healthy the inherent limitations of the much larger and more bureaucratic EM’s especially when it comes to their responsiveness in satisfying the miners’ critical aftermarket needs. Recent acquisitions have greatly increased our scope of product offerings as healthy as our geographical come in the Americas and Australasia. Making it possible for miners to have very lovely and credible choices outside of the EM’s, and not simply be at their mercy, is the foundation of our vision and mission.
