Yourtown CEO, Tracy Adams, is one of these five. The CIA hosted event will feature Tracy and the other four leading women profiled as piece of a panel discussing their pathway to leadership and that of coming generations. I think women should always be encouraged to be genuine leaders. Diversity in leadership, representing different views and diverse characteristics, and women feeling that they are given equal opportunity are all vitally crucial taking their places as CEO, in other Executive roles, and in the Boardroom. Their roles are diverse, ranging from counselors and youth workers through to employment consultants, administrators, accountants and researchers.
