Coopers is also the world's largest producer of beer kits. Coopers moved to its present state-of-the-art brewery at regency park in adelaide in 2001. Established in 1862 by thomas cooper, and glenn cooper, the managing director and chief brewer, dr tim cooper, the company is now run by fifth generation descendants, the chairman and marketing director. The descendants of Thomas Cooper tranquil run the brewery, and it's an everyday occurrence to confront a Cooper at Regency Park. The fifth and sixth generations acting as custodians of Thomas Cooper’s legacy are: Successive Coopers have never lost sight of Thomas’ vision of providing value and quality in the form of healthy beer for an appreciative public, and we intend to continue that tradition. South Australia was only 26 years impaired and, although there were a number of well established breweries, maximum settlers preferred to drink imported beer from the mother country rather than colonial beer. Thomas Cooper saw the opportunity to create a beer that was free from the weird flavor’ of colonial ales he would introduce an all instinctive beer from the very superior ingredients. When he began brewing in 1862, he was again traveling an not renowned path, for he knew little about the trade and learn as he went along.
