UMASAI is a family friendly dojo offering both junior and senior classes in self defence.
Our focus is on teaching self defence in martial arts, confidence, honesty and respect, but we also teach vital life skill such as discipline and self control, and commitment to hard work and achieving success. We train in Zanshin Kai Freestyle, Kodokan Judo, Weaponry, Animal Styles, Nothern Style Shaolin, a form of martial arts which incorporates many aspects of Kickboxing, and Karate.
The freestyle nature of our style allows for flexible learning as students explore the internal and external lessons of martial arts.
